Using DepositBack during validation

DepositBack provides a free deterministic Case Check and, for relevant in-scope cases, optional private evidence organization and one-time paid case-preparation packs. No account or email is required to see the free Case Check result.

Independent service

DepositBack is not affiliated with the Government of Dubai, DET, Dubai Consumer Rights, any rental company, bank or payment network. Official consumer complaints through the currently verified Dubai Consumer Rights route are free; DepositBack charges only for optional preparation and organization.

No representation or guarantee

Nothing on this website is legal advice or legal representation. DepositBack does not determine your legal rights, guarantee recovery, submit complaints or initiate bank disputes for you, and it does not select a chargeback reason code.

Your evidence

You are responsible for choosing what to upload and for confirming, editing or rejecting extracted fact suggestions. Do not upload credentials, CVV, PIN, full card numbers or unrelated sensitive information. No extracted suggestion becomes a confirmed case fact automatically.

Optional one-time purchases

Eligible case states may offer a Recovery Pack for $9.99 or Full Evidence Pack for $19.99 as one-time purchases. There is no subscription, success fee or percentage-of-recovery fee. Paid packs are preparation materials only and do not include legal representation, complaint submission, bank-dispute initiation or a recovery guarantee.

Validation fulfillment

After confirmed payment, a private draft pack is assembled only from user-confirmed case facts and explicitly confirmed evidence-derived facts. During validation the delivery promise is preparation and quality checking within 12–24 hours, not instant fully automated delivery. A human concierge review is required before final delivery. The Full Evidence Pack includes one concierge correction request after initial delivery.

Changing official procedures

Official routes, jurisdiction requirements and procedural rules can change. DepositBack keeps mutable official links configuration-driven and requires reverification before public use or final pack delivery. DepositBack does not use a universal 30-day Dubai car-rental deposit-return rule as a legal eligibility threshold.
