Terms of Service

These terms describe the DepositBack self-help case-preparation service. The service provider is Aleksandr Parshin, an individual registered in the Russian Federation under the Professional Income Tax (NPD) regime. Contact support@depositcase.com for support.

The services

The Free Case Check ($0) classifies the observable facts you provide and identifies information that may be missing. No account or email is required to see the free result.

For relevant in-scope cases, the Recovery Pack is $9.99 one-time and the Full Evidence Pack is $19.99 one-time. These optional services organize user-confirmed facts and evidence into structured preparation materials, including a timeline and evidence record appropriate to the selected pack. They do not determine legal entitlement.

Prices and payment model

There is no subscription, success fee or percentage-of-recovery fee. The displayed paid prices are one-time charges. Paid checkout may be unavailable until an appropriate payment service is configured.

Preparation and quality checking

After payment is confirmed, a private draft is assembled only from user-confirmed case facts and explicitly confirmed evidence-derived facts. During the current validation service, preparation and quality checking are expected within 12–24 hours rather than through instant fully automated delivery. A human concierge review is required before final delivery. The Full Evidence Pack includes one correction request after initial delivery.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for having permission to submit it and for reviewing suggested facts before confirming, editing or rejecting them. Do not upload full card numbers, CVV, PIN, banking passwords, online-banking credentials, unnecessary passport information or unrelated sensitive material. No extracted suggestion becomes a confirmed case fact automatically.

Independent self-help service

DepositBack is independent and is not affiliated with the Government of Dubai, DET, Dubai Consumer Rights, any rental company, bank, payment network or official complaint service. Official consumer complaints through the applicable official route may be submitted directly without buying DepositBack preparation services.

No legal advice, representation or guaranteed outcome

DepositBack is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. It does not act for you before rental companies, banks or government authorities, determine your legal rights or guarantee recovery. DepositBack does not automatically submit a government complaint, initiate a bank dispute or select a chargeback reason code. You decide whether and how to use the prepared materials.

Changing official procedures

Official routes, jurisdiction requirements and procedures can change, so you should verify the current requirements with the relevant official service before acting. DepositBack does not use a universal 30-day Dubai car-rental deposit-return rule as a legal eligibility threshold.

Refunds and cancellations

Requests are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights that apply to a purchase.
